Introducing our new staff members

As a growing business, we’re dedicated to recruiting the very best talent to ensure a strong team of experienced bookkeepers and support staff. We look for employees who can combine exceptional professional knowledge with the ability to get to know clients and understand how their businesses tick.

In recent months we’ve welcomed three new staff members to our Kent offices, and we’re delighted to introduce them here on our blog.

Dave Moylan, who has joined us as payroll senior, began his career in payroll in 2005 while working for a large recruitment agency in Ireland. In 2006 he relocated to Kent and, after a stint as a recruitment consultant, returned to a payroll position where he expanded his knowledge of UK payroll processing. At AMR, Dave works alongside Sam and the rest of the team looking after our large client base. Outside of work he enjoys football – supporting our local side Tonbridge Angels as well as Liverpool FC – and cycling.

Having started her payroll career in 1994, Julie Uden has experience of all aspects of payroll including pensions, maternity and sick pay. She has worked with a variety of different payroll packages for a client base exceeding 600, and really enjoys helping businesses with any queries they may have. In her spare time Julie enjoys dressmaking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Rosie Burfoot gained her AAT qualification in 2013, joining us five years later as an experienced bookkeeper. She has over ten years’ experience in finance, spending three years as a management accounts assistant before freelancing and working 

with a variety of industries. Rosie, who also gained the CIPP qualification in 2014, is keen to explore new accounting software packages and streamlining processes. Outside the office, Rosie is an Explorer Scout leader for Ashdown District and enjoys various outdoor activities including archery.
