At AMR, our recruitment process is rigorous. We search for staff who are not just intellectually up to the job, but who will also fit in with our supportive culture of collaboration and teamwork. This month we’d like to introduce you to two new employees who have passed the AMR test with flying colours. Henry Blunden and Danielle Sutcliffe both join us as trainee bookkeepers, and we’re delighted to welcome them to the AMR fold. Henry began his career in recruitment, but decided to make the move into bookkeeping as he felt it would provide greater opportunity for career development. You might notice that Henry bears more than a passing resemblance to Harry Potter – he’s certainly proving to be a wizard with figures, learning new skills as he studies for his AAT exams alongside on-the-job training. As a former sales executive for a food distribution company, Danielle also loves problem-solving and working with numbers. She has fitted in really well with the team, with a role that includes checking bank reconciliations for accuracy and entering financial documentation on to a computerised system. Danielle is enjoying studying AAT and looks forward to attaining the full qualification as she gains hands-on experience within the AMR team. Congratulations to both our new starters! If you’d like to work with us, keep an eye on our careers page, where any vacancies will be posted. If you require any other information about AMR and our client services, do give us a call on 01892 559480, or get in touch via our online enquiry form.
