It’s been another busy year at AMR Bookkeeping Solutions and we can hardly believe that 2019 is nearly over.
We’ve welcomed new members to the team and said goodbye to others, notably the head of our bookkeeping team, Carolyn Murphy, who retired in the summer after 12 years’ sterling service. Clare Ayres took over the role and has settled in at our Chatham office, seamlessly carrying on the good work.
We’ve introduced various new strategies to continue to give our clients the best possible service. These include signing up to Receipt Bank and introducing a new secure portal system to communicate with clients. OneClick enables you to connect and communicate with us easily and safely in these times of increased online fraud, and you can access it at any time and from anywhere. If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so; we want to ensure your confidential data is as protected as possible.
Our blogs have covered many important issues which our clients face on a daily basis, including the creation of an electronic audit trail, getting the most out of your software, whether you should consider deregistering for VAT, MTD issues and auto-enrolment. We hope they’ve helped you to make the right decision for your business.
We’d like to thank all our clients for their business during 2019 and we’re looking forward to continuing our relationship in 2020. We operate with a skeleton staff over the Christmas break, so we advise you to let us have your payroll and any other bookkeeping requirements as soon as possible in December!
If you need help with any aspect of bookkeeping, get in touch and let us take the weight off your shoulders.
All of the AMR Bookkeeping Solutions team would like to wish you a very happy Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous New Year.
