As we look forward to another busy year, we’re delighted to welcome several new staff members to our talented team.
Charlotte Field is our new payroll administrator based at AMR’s Tunbridge Wells office. Charlotte has worked in the finance industry for over a decade and has a vast amount of professional knowledge, with a specialism in payroll.
Highly organised and customer focused, Charlotte enjoys problem-solving and is driven by new challenges. Away from the office, she enjoys going to the beach with her dog for long walks.
Olivia Harding qualified as a chartered accountant in 2009, after receiving a BA in Economics from the University of Liverpool. In more recent years she has focused on raising her three sons, and with the youngest now at nursery she’s happy to be returning to the workplace. Olivia joins us as a bookkeeper, also in the Tunbridge Wells office. When she’s not at work, she’s a keen walker, photographer and cook!
Finally, Debby Sherwood is our new bookkeeper in the Medway office. With many years’ experience in bookkeeping and accountancy services, Debby is another welcome addition to the AMR team. Look out for Debby’s full bio on our Team page soon!
Self Assessment – deadline looming
January is always a busy month for us as the HMRC Self Assessment tax deadline looms. January 31 is the deadline to submit your form online – but if this is the first time you’ve filled out an online Self Assessment form, you need to allow up to three weeks to register with the service. That means you need to act NOW!
Don’t forget also that HMRC has made changes to the way in which payments to them can be made. There’s more information on our blog here.
